President & CEO
Marty Raymondo, Sr. is the President and CEO of Ultimar Inc. He has been part of the Granitize Family of Products for over 32 years, in various roles. He currently oversees all divisions of our family owned companies. Previous to Ultimar, he was the Vice President of Xzilon Inc.
Vice President of National Sales
Larry Wenger comes to Ultimar with over a decades experience in the Surface Protection Program business space. Prior to joining The Granitize Family of Products, Larry successfully operated a general master agency, specializing in surface protection product warranty programs. Larry directed this agency in the highly competitive Northeast, Mid Atlantic, Southwest, Southeast, Midwest, and Great Lakes corridors.
Larry’s business experience includes three decades in multiple luxury merchandise industries, from buying, management, sales, and client services, both nationally and internationally. “My belief is if you want to be a bona fide leader, you must possess a non-wavering conviction to be an exceptional communicator and insist on exemplary client relations and services.”
Director of Fixed Ops
Lorraine started working for T.R. Industries back in 1997 as a customer service representative. She advanced into a different position for Granitize Products, Inc. Job duties included sales order processing and salesmen commissions. In 1999, she decided to leave to raise her family. In 2015, Ultimar was formed, and she returned part-time to organize all trade shows and video production. After 21 years of raising a family full time, she accepted a full-time position as Director of Fixed Operations for Ultimar.
Customer Service
Gina joined Granitize Group of Companies in 2009, as the corporate receptionist and has grown to become one of our most well rounded employees. She works hard to ensure quality support to our clients and assists the various companies and multiple departments, always meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Her work ethic compliments the Ultimar family’s mission to provide the highest quality products and services. Her hope is to continue to be part of an innovative team and see through the company’s future successes.
Account Coordinator
Natalie Rosales is an Account Coordinator for the Ultimar Inc Team. She began in the Data Entry position in the early months of 2011; by the end of the summer, she transitioned into Order Processing. In March 2016, Natalie merged with the Granitize Aviation Division. Her current position as an Account Coordinator involves creating and managing all new and existing accounts for both Ultimar and Granitize Aviation. The last five years have given her the opportunity to work with professionals who have thought her strategies and provided knowledge within the Automotive Industry. Establishing a relationship and gaining the trust of those who she associates with is a daily priority. She strives for personal growth for herself and the position she holds in her career. She is a forward thinker and adherent in growing and adjusting to the needs of each individual in a positive direction. Working with the Granitize Family has taught her how valuable each client is and to cherish each relationship for years to come.
Finance Coordinator
Daisy Vasquez started her career with Granitize Group of Companies in January 2012 as Data Entry. Due to her willingness to learn and her continued involvement in the accounting side of the business, in 2014, Daisy was promoted to Finance Coordinator. Daisy has always shown a huge interested in account, and has proven to be a valuable asset. She is responsible for Ultimar Inc Accounts Receivables, Month-End Processing of all warranties and balance sheets, as well as the very detailed and important monthly task of Agents’ Commissions. She loves that her job challenges her every day and enjoys working with the Agents that we have Nationwide and Internationally. Daisy contributes to put forth the team effort needed, by accomplishing time sensitive results whenever needed. She looks forward to working to the growth and development of Ultimar Inc.’s new endeavors.
